Train the Trainers Program

Invite-only, small group led by Next Jump Social Capitalists Coach Macky Bergman and Mike Collette. Macky and Mike are leading the initiative on certifying Master Coaches. The intention of the small group is to teach coaches how to run 13 week PRT (Pre-Resiliency Training). Master Coaches have the opportunity of earning $400 an hour to coach PRT small groups, ranging from 1 hour a week to multiple hours per week (Level 2 and Level 3). This class is run every Thursday from 1pm ET-2pm ET in replace of LIP Extension.

Meet Our Instructors

Macky Bergman
Coach Macky Bergman brings over 15-years of youth coaching experience to Steady Buckets. Coach Macky has trained boys and girls of all ages, top high school prospects, and NCAA student-athletes, as well as Euro-League and NBA professionals. He played four years of varsity basketball at The University of Rochester under Coach Mike Neer, and received three all-conference academic team honors. In 2010 he started Steady Buckets in order to bring quality skill development training to NYC youth basketball players. Under his leadership, Steady Buckets has thrived and now serves over 2,000 youth, providing free skill development workouts, instructional leagues, leadership training, SHSAT test prep and girls only workouts. In 2018 he was honored by NY1 as New Yorker of the Week and by the Brooklyn Nets as Jr. Nets Coach of the Year.
Mike Collette
After graduating with his degree in Exercise Science, Mike worked as a personal trainer, empowering clients and building lifelong relationships. He found CrossFit in 2010 which led him to open Prototype Training Systems (home of CrossFit Prototype) in 2012. His passion for fitness and helping others is equal to his passion for being an entrepreneur. Since 2012, Mike has been involved in multiple business ventures ranging from various industries. His values–driven mentality, growth mindset, and obsession with leadership have kept him feeling energized every day to fulfill the vision of Prototype: To build the greatest relationship business ever. Outside of Prototype, Mike likes to golf with his wife Erin and cuddle with their Siberian Husky puppy, Koda.
