Mid Day Movement Series: Managing Neck Pain with a Resistance Band

A 30 minute movement-based class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor consistening of stretches and use of a resistance band to manage, prevent, and optimize neck health. A resistance band of light-medium resistance is recommended for this class. This class is appropriate for all levels. Various modifications will provided throughout. There will also be time for a brief Q&A.
Audience: Adults; All Levels Welcome
Supplies:
A mat light to medium resistance band (unlooped is preferred however not a strict limitation to participation)

Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement enthusiast. She is passionate about the positive influences movement can have on people's lives and wellbeing. She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
