Rosey heads up the Client Success Team in the UK, working directly with HR and benefits teams to leverage Perks at Work & COA for employees and align behind company strategic objectives.
Miranda Lin
Miranda leads Client Success at Next Jump UK. Her team help Fortune 1000 companies drive higher employee engagement globally through Next Jump's Perks at Work programme and transform their ways of working into the 21st century. During her time at Next Jump, she led the recruitment team and has helped evolve Next Jump’s own hiring approach - shifting from traditional means of hiring to screening for candidates' potential by measuring coachability. Miranda is passionate about personal growth and helping people realise their potential. She's excited to leverage her experience and network to foster the growth of those around her.
