Strength 101 for Injury Prevention & General Fitness

A 40-minute total-body strength class for beginners to intermediate level with a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. We will go through a total body strength workout with a focus on the proper technique and movement patterns for injury prevention and maximized benefits. Will provide progressions for those with more or less exercise experience and incorporate a variety of different small exercise equipment/household objects week to week . Q&A at the end with Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer.

Maggie Mullins
Maggie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Maggie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UMass Lowell and completed an orthopedic Physical Therapy residency at MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has experience treating and training active individuals of all ages.
