Meet Our Instructor

Loren James
Loren James is the Sr. Manager of Coaching Operations. He started as a Wellbeing Coach January 2014 and has been part of the coaching department the past 12 years. He is Certified Personal Trainer thru American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and is a certified coach thru National Board For Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). His health background is BS in Exercise Science, was a collegiate wrestler, practiced massage therapy, trained/ raced horses, and enjoys coaching his son in baseball and wrestling. His unique blend of experiences, passion for health and wellness, and desire to help others has helped lead him too this point of meeting with you today.
