Meet Our Instructor

Jackie Eichelberger
Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Northern Iowa. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer for more than 20 years (NASM & ACE) and holds a Certification as a Nutrition Coach for more than 5 years (NASM). Jackie shares the ‘secret’ to a healthy lifestyle with anyone she can: daily activity and eating whole foods. Hopefully it’s not a secret anymore with the increase of people understanding the importance of exercise & eating right. Jackie previously owned & operated a bootcamp gym and served 10 years in the Army National Guard as a medic.
