A 6 week series tailored to reducing low back pain and maximizing the health of the low back for those whose jobs require them to regularly sit for extended periods of time throughout the day. A movement based series aimed at improving mobility, flexibility, and strength to improve ability to resist the effects of sitting. Educational tips included as well!

Lindsey van den Dungen
Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement enthusiast. She is passionate about the positive influences movement can have on people's lives and wellbeing. She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
