It’s time to smash the stigma on Mental Health and ensure that no mind is left behind!
Join Jules on Thursday, 10th October for a reflective and interactive class to mark World Mental Health Day 2024.
“It’s time to prioritize mental health in the workplace” is this year’s theme, something which many of us may not have experienced at some point in our careers.
The UK charity Mind is pledging “no mind left behind” and Jules will blend the two themes to help us to:
  • Reflect on what your working community does well or needs to improve on.
  • Understand the sources of support for ourselves and others.
  • Hear real life experiences and stories.
  • Share ideas to make mental health a priority in the workplace.
  • Decide on one thing that YOU will do to help yourself and others.
It takes a community to create change, creating that change starts with us! Let’s ensure that no mind is left behind this year.
Please share this class with your teams and encourage them to join in live or recorded.
Jules will share thought provoking questions and prompts throughout the session. A notepad and pen is encouraged.

Jules Hobbs
Jules Hobbs, of Mental Wealth, is a Mindset & Lifestyle coach. Her focus is to help you to be your authentic self and live a rich and meaningful life through the power of mindfulness. It all starts with a mindful moment in her classes and on her successful podcast, Mental Wealth with Jules.

Jules believes that people are her purpose and is driven to help others be healthy and happy, inside and out. Her experience spans sections of the health and fitness industry, including fitness instructing, personal training, and sports massage. She spends her time teaching with COA, treating sports massage clients in the Isle of Man, and delivering one to one mindset coaching and corporate seminars virtually across the world.
