Foundations in Strength Training: "How to"

Adults · Wellness
As a strength coach, personal trainer, and longtime gym owner I’ve been preaching the longevity benefits of strength training for as long as I can remember. My general philosophy is this notion of training and strengthening your body as it was intended to move to allow for long-term functional capacity. One of the things I see as a coach, however, especially with new clients is how much unlearning must be done to perform these exercises correctly.

In this class I'm going to dive into the "how to". This will be a more interactive session where I will teach a series of foundational exercises that you can then implement into your own program. You are welcome to come ready to exercise or just observe. There will be time built into the session to ask your own "how to" questions or to receive some specific coaching.
