Dana Coutant
Dana has played a key role in Perks at Work’s Customer Experience Team for the past 7 years. Starting her journey as a US customer service agent in 2017, she now leads Customer Experience globally, ensuring employees from our thousands of enterprise clients experience top-tier service and value. Whether she's teaching our COA class to new employees, tackling customer escalations, or running the Perks at Work YouTube channel, Dana remains relentlessly focused on hospitality and advocating for employees.
Vaishali Kshatriya
Vaishali is a senior engineering manager and leads many products at Next Jump including Perks at Work. Nextjumper since 2008.
