Mid Day Movement Series - Knee Pain

This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing and/or
preventing knee pain. There will be time for a brief Q & A. Modifications will be provided throughout class.
Audience: Adults; All Levels Welcome
Supplies:
Yoga Mat and a light-medium resistance band (looped is preferred however not a strict limitation to participation in
class).

Lindsey van den Dungen
Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement enthusiast. She is passionate about the positive influences movement can have on people's lives and wellbeing. She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
