Meet Our Instructors
Olivia Zhang
Olivia Zhang is an Assistant Vice President at State Street. As part of the younger generation in the workplace, she brings both analytical depth and a passion for people development to her role. Olivia has been actively involved in Next Jump’s advanced leadership training for over three years and is deeply committed to building better organizations by helping individuals grow into their best selves. She believes that “Better decision-making starts with better self-awareness” and is excited to give back by supporting others on their leadership journey.
Weiwei Hu
Weiwei Hu, Partner at Next Jump, has trained hundreds of business leaders to be a better self. He believes in “Better me + better you = better us.” Giving back is in Next Jump’s and his DNA. He has helped various business and communities to grow and develop, and consistently looks for new ways to help individuals and organizations to get better.
