Yoga Nidra is a meditation practiced lying down. In a full practice, which runs for approximately 30-40 minutes, students are guided through powerful relaxation techniques such as body scanning, breath-work, and visualizations that promote deep rest, better sleep, as well as physical, mental, and emotional balance.
