Meet Our Instructor
Marsena brings her high energy and excitement from Northern California. She is a previous performer and athlete; having performed in Canada, Japan, China and all 50 States, she brings that same passion with her into her class. She has been in the fitness industry for 5 years and has taught at many boutique studios around NYC including SoulCycle, Flywheel, Kore, and Box and FlowShe is NASM, AED, and First Aid certified. Marsena is a crazy little thing with an eclectic taste who believes that nothing is impossible. In addition to teaching spin and boxing classes for Exubrancy, Marsena currently teaches at the Sweatshed, as well as providing one on one training to private clients.

Marsena subbed for Mike today. I really enjoyed the combos! I did have trouble seeing her during the cool down stretches and didn’t completely understand her description of the stretches. Other than that, all good!
