Mid-Day Movement: Neck Edition

Reset and beat that mid day slump/2 o'clock mood by moving your body with this 30 minute movement session to get your body and your mind ENERGIZED, right at your work space!
This course will be movement based and incorporate a combination of stretching and mobility work, low impact muscle activation, and light aerobic exercise to re-awaken our bodies, reset our postures, and get us HYPED up for a successful and efficient afternoon. There will be time for a brief Q&A. Modifications will be offered throughout the course.
Equipment needed: A mat, small hand towel
Notes: Plan to spend time down on the mat for most of class.

She is a telehealth Physical Therapist and virtual exercise educator. She has been practicing physical therapy for 8 years in Boston and the Greater Boston area.
