Next Jump Leadership Academy is an invite-only, full-immersion training workshop designed to share and teach our unique programs and insights on how to build better decision makers. It is a crash course on:
- Strategy & Goal Setting – forward-looking decision making. We are all bad at predicting the future, and even over-catastrophize negative future outcomes.
- Decisiveness & Reaction-Time – speeding up decision making. Analysis paralysis and indecision has a higher cost today than ever before.
- Risk Taking – you cannot drive uncertainty to zero. Making decisions with partial data is a new norm that requires rapid rates of iteration and understanding 2nd/3rd order consequences.
- Saying NO – no = double yes. Prioritizing trade-offs between what matters vs matters less.
The day concludes with a Blue Zone culinary experience transporting us to Marseille, France anchored by healthy foods to optimize performance with 3-Star Michelin Chef Daniel Chavez-Bello, bartender and live DJ. Complimentary salon services for women & men provided by Roman K Salon (Haircuts & Blowouts)
