Chef Sarah 30 Minute Meals - A focus on healthy and delicious “Speedy Meals”. Learn to use the best ingredients to make nutritious crowd pleasing favourites in your lunch break!
February 10th: Chef Sarah 30 Minute Meals: Miso Kohlrabi Stir Fry We will talk about the seasonal kohlrabi vegetable and how to prepare it, however this recipe is super versatile for any vegetables you have lurking in the fridge. Miso provides a big umami flavour hit and coupled with other traditional japanese flavours makes this a deliciously satisfying dish. Served with sticky rice.
February 17th: Chef Sarah 30 Minute Meals: Parsnip and Jerusalem Artichoke Soup These seasonal veggies make a delicious, well balanced, moreish soup. This is a great recipe to prepare when you have time and keep it in the fridge for seriously speedy, nutritious lunches. We'll also talk about soup toppers that make soup more exciting to eat.
February 24th: Chef Sarah 30 Minute Meals: Creamy 'Nduja Beans This amazing one pot dish is hearty and delicious for a real winter warmer. The 'nduja is a spicy Italian sausage that brings immediate depth of flavour to this dish. We'll use other popular Italian ingredients such as white beans and cavolo nero to build this into a nutritious lunch.

Meet Our Instructor
Sarah Anderson
Sarah has been passionate about food since childhood where she was raised on her family farm, eating seasonal produce as well as raising livestock. Fast forward a 15 year career in the finance industry and with two young children, Sarah returned to her passion of food and cooking full time.
Sarah trained at Tante Marie, the oldest cookery school in the country, and gained a Cordon Bleu diploma. The intensive course enabled her to refine the home cook skills learnt over the years and emerge as a skilled chef. She takes classic cordon bleu cooking and applies the skills to every day, nourishing food.
The food journey has evolved further post college and Sarah has discovered a love of educating others to find kitchen confidence. She loves teaching others the ability to cook feel good food that nourishes mind and body, whilst being considerate to our environment and the planet. Sarah's email: admin@chefsarah.co.uk
