Courageous Conversations: How to say what you mean

Adults · Learning
To level up, everyone needs critical feedback. Yet, there is a real tension between supporting each other and challenging each other to excel. We know how to help teams strike that balance and perform at elite levels. This workshop quickly gives you the components of giving constructive, developmental feedback in a work setting. Participants will give feedback in live situations, and we will use AI tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the feedback. This highly interactive class will help you see your feedback skills improve from start to finish. It is a “crash course” in giving high-quality feedback.

Who this is for: Anyone who wants to quickly learn the fundamentals of giving productive, developmental feedback to peers, subordinates, and managers.
