Gut Health & Your Genes: The Foundation of Wellness

Adults · Wellness
Your gut does so much more than digest food—it’s the gateway to your overall health and well-being. In this class, we’ll explore how common genetic variations can influence your microbiome, digestion, and nutrient absorption. You’ll learn practical and personalized nutritional strategies to address genetic vulnerabilities and optimize gut health. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, boost immunity, or enhance nutrient absorption, this session will provide actionable insights tailored to your needs. Plus, join the live Q&A at the end of class to get your questions on this important subject answered.

Do I need to already have DNA tested to benefit from this class?

Not at all! Everyone is welcome and will gain game-changing health insights whether you have DNA tested or not. However, if you have access to allele reporting for the genes we’re discussing (see here), you’ll be able to immediately turn the information we cover into personalized, actionable strategies. If you’d like to get tested, look for any company that provides allele information as outlined in the link above, or take advantage of this Perks at Work partnership with www.snipnutrition.com using code PAW10 for 10% off.
