There are an infinite number of ways to meditate and yours is special and unique to you. When have you felt most alive? What is one of your favorite memories? What amazes or excites you? In this workshop, you are given options to practice a variety of techniques that have profound beneficial and healing impact on your experience as a human being. From learning how to breathing more efficiently to gaining wisdom from visualizing your future self, who knows what your unique meditation will be! You do not need anything for this class but water, a journal, and a place to lie down can be supportive.

Meet Our Instructor

Jordan Grinstein
Jordan Grinstein is a multifaceted educator and transformational leader. With ten years of experience working with diverse populations, he shares trauma informed and culturally relevant curricula to empower individuals and communities with wellness leadership and education. He serves as the lead Boston trainer (500-EYT) for the social justice-centered yoga teacher training Breathe for Change. As a school culture consultant, he professionally develops teachers, administrators and youth ambassadors to teach social emotional learning practices, facilitate wellness experiences, and integrate mindful routines into the school culture. As a yoga teacher trainer, life coach, and Ayurvedic Practitioner, his mission is to inspire people to be leaders in their lives by teaching transformative tools such as breath work, dance and meditation. He works to cultivate community empowerment by creating access to social emotional wellness education.
