1Sculpt HIIT & Sculpt

A fun paced class that combines cardio with muscles sculpting exercises including body weight and the use of Dumbells. Come and sculpt and sweat with the 1Sculpt team. High intensity training with intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and is an effective fat burning class. Minimal Equipment needed ( light dumbbells or a range of dumbbells or just body weight ) suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications will be given if you would prefer lower impact movements. The class will finish with stretching to improve posture, strength and flexibility.

Meet Our Instructor
Laura has worked in the Fitness and dance industry for the past 6 years and has extensive experience teaching at Boutique studios in and around London. With a passion for teaching and getting people moving, she is thrilled to be part of the 1Sculpt team. Laura believes that working out should be enjoyable and not a chore so expect to have fun whilst still working hard and feeling that all important 1Sculpt burn! You will focus on technique, form and precision as she is also an experienced Pilates and Barre teacher with some great playlists thrown in for good measure!
