Engineering in Practice does a deep give into specific and real-world challenges of technical leadership. Each week we'll cover concrete examples and break down our problem solving approach along with our judgement and decision-making. The course will expose a wide range of real problems facing technical teams running large scale web applications like: performance, security, data visualization and analytics, monitoring/testing, product development, iteration, etc.
This course will be led by Next Jump's CTO, John Hilliard and Senior Partner and Co-Founder, Greg Kunkel. In future weeks, we'll also bring in other technical leaders from various organizations and backgrounds.
