Meet Our Instructor

Symone Gates
Hails from Las Vegas, NV and now teaches kickboxing, bootcamp, dance workouts and more across NYC. She is a pint sized ball of energy that loves to get the party going during high intensity workout sessions. Her workouts are intense and challenging, but keep participants smiling. She is AFAA Group Exercise certified. In addition to teaching in NYC office with Exubrancy, Symone teaches at Beebeā€™s Buttcamp and 305 Fitness.
