Strength 101 for Beginners

A 45-minute total-body strength class for beginners with a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. We will go through a bodyweight strength workout with a focus on the proper technique and movement patterns for injury prevention and maximized benefits. Class is most appropriate for beginners but will provide progressions for those with more exercise experience. Q&A at the end.
No equipment necessary, but please bring a small towel.
