Total Body Strength with Equipment

A 45-minute total-body strength class with a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. We will go through a total body workout with a focus on technique and movement patterns for injury prevention and maximized benefits. Will include weighted and more challenging strength and plyometric movements. Class is appropriate for intermediate experience with strength training but will provide modifications for other levels.
Equipment: Small - medium dumbbells from 5-20lbs.
