20 Min Qigong for Immunity Support

20 minutes of breath and energy (Qi) exercise to help restore vitality and health to your mind and body. These gentle flowing movements will activate the energy channels throughout the entire body, clearing away tension and freeing you to be more centered, focused, and energized. Movements can be practiced seated or standing, no experience is needed, all fitness levels and ages are welcome. Equipment: Wear loose comfortable clothing, flat shoes optional. Water for hydration.
