Join Jules for a movement-based mindfulness class which will begin with stretching and mobility before we flow into gentle body weight exercises to stretch, tone and move our bodies. Mindfulness will be at the center of the session and we will focus on our breath and how our bodies feel, staying in the moment to enjoy and embrace the physical and mental benefits of exercise and mindfulness. The session will end with a calming meditation. The session is open to all levels and will feel like a gentle workout/ stretch. The aim of this session is to recenter and refocus using mindfulness while nourishing our bodies with movement.
What to bring: Please wear clothes you can move freely in and bring an extra layer like a jumper or blanket for the meditation at the end of the session. You will need an exercise or yoga mat and perhaps a block or chair to sit on for meditation.

Jules Hobbs Bott
Jules Hobbs Bott, of Mental Wealth, is a Mindset & Lifestyle coach. Her focus is to help you to be your authentic self and live a rich and meaningful life through the power of mindfulness. It all starts with a mindful moment in her classes and on her successful podcast, Mental Wealth with Jules.

Her experience spans sections of the health and fitness industry, including fitness instructing, personal training, and sports massage. She spends her time teaching with COA, treating sports massage clients in the Isle of Man, and delivering one to one mindset coaching and corporate seminars virtually across the world.
