Meet Our Instructor
Angela is a mental health professional, yoga instructor and founder of the wellness initiative in bloom. Angela has been hosting meditations since the beginning of her career in mental health in 2010 and has merged that experience with her yoga teaching. Using different techniques to explore the many ways one can meditate, in order to facilitate an accessible experience for all.

Really helpful meditation / visualisation. I Loved the fact Angela was outdoors. Yes there were a few sound issues with other park users but I think that only added to the experience and was a fantastic example of exploring creativity. It would be really good if Angela could do a meditation on another day as well. I find the Zoom works well and if it was cost effective I’d definitely do a pay as you go class. I’d be interested in understanding more about fear. And also how to manage those big iceberg moments that happen in life and how to not feel bad when the reaction was to crumble.. self forgiveness?
Wonderful to explore stagnation and how creativity can guide us out of that stagnant place knowing that it can be a process and if we remain stagnant it’s ok, as long as we practice our creativity in whatever form it takes, eventually stagnation will decrease as creativity increases.
The sessions always leave my mind invigorated and focused. I look forward to the next session with you. Thank you Angela!
