Neck & Shoulder Pain

This course will be movement based, with specific stretches, exercises, and recommendations for managing neck and shoulder pain. We will also touch on ergonomic recommendations for your work from home set up, with time for a brief Q&A.

Level: All Levels/Beginner

What You'll Need (3): Yoga mat (or towel/blanket), a small towel or t-shirt for stretching and a resistance band.
