Join COA instructor and mental health advocate, Jules Hobbs, to learn more about how movement can help to improve your mental health!

In this interactive session Jules will cover:

• Why movement and exercise can benefit our mental health.

• Why it’s important to be “self-ish” and practice self-care to fill your personal cup of energy.

• How to hack your habits to make small changes to your lifestyle to increase your movement, and improve your energy and mental wealth.

• A mindfulness visualization of the future you and your mental wealth.

This VIP session marks Mental Health Awareness Month (US)/ Week (UK) where movement is the main theme. Jules coaches using mindfulness as a core and you will be invited to participate in a short movement exercise and a visualization during this session.

Slides will be provided afterwards to all attendees. You may wish to bring a notepad and pen to take notes or journal your reflections.

Jules Hobbs
Jules Hobbs, of Hobbs Holistic Health, is a Wellness Consultant, Nutrition Coach and Massage Therapist. Working within the health and fitness industry for over 14 years, Jules has held a wide range of roles which began at the age of 18 as a fitness instructor. Over time, her focus has naturally moved towards holistic health, looking at your whole self.

Jules encourages a balanced lifestyle to all her clients encompassing fitness, mobility, yoga, positive mental health, nutrition and rest. Jules currently splits her time between online Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, Mindfulness & Self Development Seminars and Sports & Deep Tissue Massage.
