• Brief overview of why heart health matters

• The impact of cardiovascular wellness on longevity, energy, mental health, and overall quality of life

2. Heart Attack Risk Assessment

• Simple, easy-to-understand walk-through of common risk factors

• Optional self-assessment tool to help participants identify their personal risk profile

• Clear guidance on when to seek medical consultation

3. Lifestyle Factors That Influence Heart Disease

• Physical inactivity

• Nutritional habits

• Stress

• Sleep

• Tobacco and alcohol use

• Family history

4. Exercise for a Stronger Heart

• Benefits of cardio, strength training, and daily movement

• Practical recommendations for all fitness levels

• Tips for safely increasing activity

5. Nutrition for Heart Health

• Key nutrients and eating patterns that support cardiovascular function

• Heart-healthy meal ideas and simple swaps

6. Interactive Habit-Building Activity

• Members will have the option create a fun, personalized 2-week “Heart Health Challenge” on their own time

• Options may include: daily walking streak, hydration goal, adding veggies, stress-management practice, etc.

• Encourages engagement, motivation, and sustainable improvement
