Jeannine Desmier and Nathalie Lohrasby
1Sculpt Fitness
Jeannine is one half of the 1Sculpt fitness Duo, with two studios in Surrey-UK. Nathalie is the other half of the 1Sculpt fitness Duo and they both have over 20 years of fitness experience between them with instructing and personal training. Their passion has always been fitness and making it fun. Spending the last 13 years teaching at London's top studios as master trainers and performing all over the world as professional dancers and choreographers, fitness has always played a massive part in being in peak physique and preventing injury. Both Jeannine and Nathalie have danced and choreographed for major worldwide artists, movies, adverts and award shows. Expect high energized workouts full of fun and the 1Sculpt burn with each sister.
Liam Pfeiffer
Breath & Body: Yoga
Liam is an experienced yoga teacher, who specializes in working with the youth of New York City. He studies with world renowned teachers Nevine Michaan, Hari Kaur & Krishna Kaur. He primarily runs yoga workouts for youth in detention facilities and adults on Riker’s Island for the Department of Corrections. Off the yoga mat, Liam is a head basketball coach within the youth non-profit Steady Buckets, where he developed the yoga and meditation program and actively weaves eastern techniques of breath and body into the game of basketball to share natural healing modalities and empowerment practices with children.
Christine Bhe
TaijiFit, Balancing Mind & Body
Founder of Tai Chi Wellbeing, 4th-degree black belt in Yang Style Taijiquan and Certified Instructor of Tai Chi for Health, TaijiFit, Tai Chi for Veterans, and Qigong. Christine has had the privilege to study with Masters Zhichao Ling, Chen Bing, Yang Jwing-Ming, Wing Cheung, Jesse Tsao, Dr. Paul Lam, and David-Dorian Ross.
