Release tension while improving balance, core strength, coordination, mental acuity, and overall health. Each class includes meditative Qigong and whole-body stretches followed by instruction of Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention form. No equipment is needed, wear loose comfortable clothing and flat walking shoes or bare feet. Space to take 3 steps in any direction. Hydrate with water before and after class. Audience: adults, all ages, beginners and all fitness levels.
