Kaleth O. Wright is an organizational leadership consultant and executive coach. He draws on his 32 year military career to train and mentor leaders in the art of motivational leadership, achieving peak mission effectiveness and performance and has an extensive background in motivating teams across generations. He currently serves as the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force where he uses interpersonal and mass communication techniques to guide more than 410-thousand women and men around the globe. Kaleth serves as a Board Member for the Air Force Aid Society, Air Force Enlisted Village, and Army and Air Force Exchange Service and has extensive experience with legislative and international affairs, and has mastered the fine art of working with U.S. and State Representatives on policy and oversight guidance. He has worked to overhaul organizational cultures at all levels and brings a vast toolkit to help organizations drive their teams to new heights.
