Giving Thanks: COA Gratitude Session
1,084 Views
One of the biggest things missing from working during the pandemic is social connection. Sharing gratitude at the end of the week has been shown to improve mindset and help us gain perspective. Since starting COA, we have been so grateful to build an online community, and weekly gratitude session gives us a chance to recognize and have fun with that community. From celebrating exciting life events, to thanking the people who do the little things to help you succeed, gratitude helps build connectedness in a time where many are struggling to do so.
This is a FUN and interactive session. We encourage you to join with friends and family! For more information about how our gratitude session works and tips on creating your own gratitude session Read More
