Workshop participants will engage in practices that enhance mental, physical, emotional well being and intelligence. A combination of lecture, discussion, journaling, movement, meditation, and breath work, you will leave feeling happier, healthier and equipped with tools to face challenges and skillfully navigate your life.

About the teachers
Jordan Grinstein
Jordan Grinstein is a multifaceted educator and transformational leader. With ten years of experience working with diverse populations, he shares trauma informed and culturally relevant curricula to empower individuals and communities with wellness leadership and education. He serves as the lead Boston trainer (500-EYT) for the social justice-centered yoga teacher training Breathe for Change. As a school culture consultant, he professionally develops teachers, administrators and youth ambassadors to teach social emotional learning practices, facilitate wellness experiences, and integrate mindful routines into the school culture. As a yoga teacher trainer, life coach, and Ayurvedic Practitioner, his mission is to inspire people to be leaders in their lives by teaching transformative tools such as breath work, dance and meditation. He works to cultivate community empowerment by creating access to social emotional wellness education.
