Mental health is a universal human right. You deserve to feel mentally well, and yet, stress can take a toll in our busy, hectic world!
Spend some time with our resident instructor and mindset coach, Jules Hobbs to mark World Mental Health Day 2023 on 10th October. Jules will talk you through simple self-care strategies for day-to-day life to help you to release and reduce stress.
Self-care is not selfish. It is simply knowing what your mind, body and soul needs to feel well. It's not just bubble baths and glasses of wine, it looks different to everyone and depends which activities help to top up your internal battery. In filling up your own cup, you will then be able to help your loved ones by showing up and helping them too. So, actually, self-care can result in giving back and being more present for others!
