The Self Defense Survival Workout teaches people how to defend themselves against an attack and increase their chances of survival. Each session includes physical movements, and scenario/practical situation training. Some of the techniques taught and learned will be punches and strikes, weapons of opportunity, chokes and counter to chokes, how to reduce risk in public spaces, how-to maximize safety on the subway and keeping your mind ready and aware.

His career spans over 17 years, during which he has been actively guiding people to achieve their best health. Gardea is also a USA Amateur Boxing Coach, a self-defense instructor, and a co-founder of Trifecta Strong LLC, which operates under the Sport, Body, Mind concept. His expertise is not limited to physical training; he is also deeply involved in coaching for mental and emotional well-being. Gardea adopts a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the importance of a healthy psyche leading to healthy behaviors, which ultimately results in a healthy mind and body. His global experience is notable, having transformed lives on four continents. This broad perspective enhances his approach to coaching, making him effective in training and empowering professionals to unlock their full potential. His methods include daily access and accountability check-ins, providing the necessary support and guidance for sustainable results.
