Enjoy the energizing low-impact movements with a smile while improving your balance, coordination, and overall health and well-being.

All Levels/Beginner

What You'll Need: No equipment, mats, or floor work is required. Clear a small space wherever you are - enough to take a step or two in any direction with arms outreached. Any portion of the class may be performed seated in a chair as well. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes suitable for walking.

Tip: Hydrate with water before and after class.
