Whether this is your 1st or 50th class, you will enjoy the flow of energy or "Qi" to relieves stress, clear your mind, and strengthen your body. Christine's classes are a fun exploration of these ancient arts and are designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of age or fitness level. No prior experience needed for any of these classes.

Level: All Levels/Beginner
What You'll Need: No equipment, mats, or floor work is required. Clear a small space wherever you are - enough to take a step or two in any direction with arms outreached. Any portion of the class may be performed seated in a chair as well. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes suitable for walking.
Tip: Hydrate with water before and after class.

Founder of Tai Chi Wellbeing, 4th-degree black belt in Yang Style Taijiquan and Certified Instructor of Tai Chi for Health, TaijiFit, Tai Chi for Veterans, and Qigong.
