About the teachers
Julia Carey
Julia Carey has been in education for over ten years, and currently teaches fourth grade at Avenues: The World School in New York City. A self described Human Venn Diagram, Julia has a wide variety of interests and skills, ranging from performing arts and storytelling to language and movement. She believes that connecting with each other is the most important thing, especially in these crazy times, and hopes her classes provide connection and inspiration for those attending.
