Post COVID, there are large-scale shifts occurring that are changing how people work and how business gets done. This shift has been two decades in the making and only accelerated in last 2 months. Working with HR and senior leaders from the majority of Fortune 1000 companies, Air Force and US Navy, to education and medicine, Greg Kunkel and Rachel McClain have a birds-eye view of trends and challenges that HR, business and team leaders are facing in adapting their environment accordingly.

Greg Kunkel
Greg Kunkel joined Next Jump in May 1998 as a Co-Founder of the organization. He has held a variety of roles during his tenure. He is responsible for developing Next Jump's relationships with human resources departments and co-leads product development for HR services
