What is RT (Resiliency Training)?
One way to describe resiliency is the ability to take a punch – in other words the speed and muscle to handle conflict, stress and difficult situations and bounce back. True creative and innovative thinking occurs collaboratively, and these interactions inevitably create conflict. Especially as the world continue to change at a rapid pace we need to learn to better navigate these situations as more norms are challenged.
In this 201 course, we will strengthen our unfiltered communication skills, identify when we are on emotional tilt and how to burn off those emotions to get to a balanced decision-making state.
